POSITION OVERVIEW 职位概况:
牵头工厂内部的物流规划工作，积极指导现场物流班组策划管理，完成物流优化和改善类工作。
61 Make VSM and make strategy of the most and least inventory with planning team.
61 负责价值流程图绘制并协同计划团队制定***最小库存策略
61 Planning and make layout for the RM/WIP/FG, to make sure all the parts in the right location
61 统筹规划物流内部原材料、半品、成品的库位，并确保零件的定置定位
61 Make strategy for FIFO to make sure the FIFO can be realized in accordance with requirements
61 制定先进先出策略，确保先进先出满足规定和要求
61 Be responsible for logistics routine and planning, to introduce automation, to reduce labor cost
61 负责厂内物流路线和物料流规划设置，并引入物流自动化设备，减少人工负荷
61 To better improve the inbound/outbound/internal delivery/accounting procedure
61 完善和优化发货、收货、配送、账务等相关流程
61 Lead logistic operation team leader
61 积极指导物流现场班组管理
61 As contact window for logistics department to collect requirements from other departments, to better support all the business
61 作为物流部的窗口协调物流部的内部资源，支持相关部门工作
61 Other works appointed by leader.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED 职位要求:
61 College degree or above, more than 3 years working experience.
61 大专及以上学历, 超过3年工作经验
61 On-site management experience or strong willingness for logistics management
61 有现场管理经验或强烈的物流管理意愿
61 Lean sense
61 具备一定的精益理念
61 Office skills
61 熟练掌握office 软件
61 English communication skills both reading and writing
61 具备一定的英语读写能力；
61 Good teamwork.
61 具有团队合作精神。
